Coiline - Compact III
Engel uses a Micro-Processor Controller, with software which controls machine functions. The M-III516UC Compact III Coiline® System includes two(2) drop-in cradles with a maximum capacity of 10,000 lbs. per station. You can order any optional cradle system including top-of-the-line, low profile cradles or Engel's Multi-Level Cradles. The system will process 5' (1524 mm) galvanized steel into blanks for your plasma machine or notched blanks for "L" Section or Full Wrap ductwork. Cut-To Length accuracy is +/- .020" (+/- 0.5 mm), 60 FPM High Speed. Engel's Coiline®III blanking, notching and beading system incorporates all of the functions and many of the features of our Unitized Compact Coiline® in a lower priced package. The system can either be a stand alone or the start of a fully Automatic Duct Fabricating System with TDF®. Our Straightener, with four (4) large diameter rolls, will remove coil set from either under or overfed coils. The system is fully hydraulic including a heavy duty cylinder shear with bronze gibs. The low profile notchers will notch for S&Drive, TDF®, Pittsburgh or Snaplock. Ring type beading is in accordance with SMACNA Standards. 	Coiline - Compact II Starter System
Engel’s Coiline II blanking, notching and beading system can be either a stand alone system or the start of a complete automatic fabricating system with TDF®. Our straightener, with four large diameter rolls, will remove coil set from either under or overfed coils. The system is fully hydraulic including a heavy duty dual cylinder shear with bronze gibs. The low profile hydraulic notchers will notch for S & Drive, TDF®, Pittsburgh or Snap Lock. (You can add the “flip of the switch” option to switch from TDF® to S & Drive, or Pittsburgh.) Ring type beading is in accordance with SMACNA standards. The self-contained hydraulic power unit, with its reservoir tank, is mounted safely within the solid side plates. A PC based controller, with proprietary software, controls machine functions and can accept down loading from an IBM compatible in-house computer. The control is expandable to handle a complete automatic duct fabricating system. The Compact Coiline II includes 4 drop-in cradles with a maximum capacity of 15,000 lbs. per station. The coils are driven by Engel’s M-CDA-15-UF coil drive assembly with a direct coupled drive. You can order any of Engel’s optional cradle systems. This system will process 5’ (1524 MM) galvanized steel into blanks for your plasma machine or notched blanks for “L” Section or full wrap ductwork. 	Fold & Shear Coiline System
Engel's Standard Fold & Shear Coiline combines production of blanks from coil stock with the additional capabilities of straightening, beading and bending duct sections. The Coiline can produce blanks for TDF® and S & Drive ductwork. The M-516-IIFS-C Fold & Shear Coiline System with optional CEF includes four (4) Cradles and comes standard with: equipped straightener, ring type beader, shearing and bending station, notcher, dual head cleat edge roll former and a P.C. based control with Engel's proprietary software. A printer and an office link are available for downloading. The Fold & Shear is fully hydraulic with a self-contained hydraulic power unit and integral tank reservoir mounted safely within the rigid side plates. With the minimal floor space requirement of this system, with cleat edges is approximately 34-1/2' x 9' 5" with four(4) cradle assemblies. Without cleat edges is approximately 26' 6" x 9' 5" with two(2) cradle assemblies, the Fold & Shear can be installed in most shops or directly at the job site. The Fold & Shear, when combined with an Engel Free Standing rollformer produces duct sections by one(1) man with two(2) machines. Male Button Punch feature is also available.   The Fold & Shear Coiline can be used as the beginning of a Fully Automatic Duct Fabrication System for the production of lined or unlined TDF® or S & Drive ductwork. Maximum capacity is 5' (1524mm) 16 gauge (1.5mm) galvanized steel. Minimum wrapper size is 6"x 6" (150mm x 150mm) with maximum only limited by physical handling capabilities.
	Blank-It
One of Engel's most economically priced lines, the Blank-it line offers a fully hydraulic flying shear with output rates approaching 100 feet per minute and allows you to shear in slow speed for precision length. Maximum capacity is 16 (1.5 mm) gauge 61" wide coil stock in mild steel. Electronic controls provide pre-set blank size and batch quantity. Powered four (4) roll straightener, and adjustable slitter section round out the system's features.
