BENDERS FOR STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATORS

The Stierli-Bender Beam Cambering and Straightening Machines are designed to pres-stress, dress and camber steel sections  The machines are available in 220, 330 and 440 ton versions.

The horizontal design of the machines allows even th elargest beams to be handled with ease.

The long stroke of 22″ and automatically lowering support rollers allow the beam to be worked vertically.

The tooling height is 22″ and the unit is extremely stable while remaining mobile.

The inching and automatic program and dressing function can be activated by a remote hand control and cable or a foot pedal.

The specially lubricated and guided hydraulic cylinder is maintenance free. The working power is maintained throughout the stroke length of 22″ with continuous maximum working speed.

Different control versions from simple, manual machines to completely automatic CNC are available and are built to suit the needs of the customer.
